Sexual Frustration vs. Acne

Does sexual frustration causes acne?

Warning, this article is PG-13.

So it’s Friday night. All your friends are out. And you want to go out too… but when you look in the mirror, “Err… maybe not.”

It’s a sensitive subject, I know it is. But hey, if I don’t talk about it, who else is going to.

“I will now address the pink elephant in the room.”

“Yes, ladies and gentlemen, there has been a elephant that is PINK in the room and everyone is pretending to not notice it.”

You have acne, and you are sexually frustrated. And somehow, through the years, the two have been linked together and you may be one of the many who think that being sexually frustrated is associated with having acne.

So let’s talk about it. Does being sexually frustrated cause acne?

And for those of you who aren’t old enough to understand what “sexual frustration” is… you should probably skip this article. Shouldn’t you be doing your homework right now? (No, this is not considered “homework”)

For those of you who ARE old enough but don’t know what sexual frustration is, well… either you’ve got bigger problems than acne or you’re a god in the sack.

But enough with sex jokes, let’s move on…

Is sexual frustration connected acne or not?

Accutane Side Effects: Is Accutane Bad for You?

Think that Accutane will cure your acne? Think again. Even after risking their lives, 1 in 4 people suffering from acne have a relapse.

Danny is a How To Clear Your Acne Follower and has emailed me a number of times. Here is an email that he sent to me a while back which caught my eye. It’s a story about his experience with Accutane and with his permission, I’m sharing it with you today.

I’m also going to share my story about Accutane.

So if you’ve taken Accutane in the past, are thinking about taking Accutane in the future, or know someone who is taking Accutane, you may want to read this article or share with them this article first.

Danny Writes:

Hello again Ray,

Okay so this happened a while back but I just never had time to tell/ask you about what happened to me. Okay so I HAVE taken Accutane for my acne! I did not care about the side-effects of it because I just wanted clear skin which it did help me in clearing some of my acne that I had, but the main thing I hated about it was back pain. It was bearable, so I never complained about it (yes I told my dermatologist, but she said I should be fine). My derma wanted me to take another 6 months of it… and I never went back because I found this website! :]

So a week ago I was going to do the saturation dose for 10 days I was iffy on this part because of my history with Accutane (I knew Accutane was a form of vitamin A), but I decided my body needs it so I did it (prior to this I was just taking 50000 IU). The same day I had the worst back pain in my life… I literally could barely get off the couch it hurt so much! It scared the poo out of me so the next day I cut out vitamin a and then after that I just stayed at 50000 IU. The days after that were okay I still had a little bit of back pain here and there but nothing compared to the saturation day.

Thoughts Before Eating Dessert: How to Stop Eating Sweets

I want to eat dessert SO BAD...

Today I had a craving for shaved ice. You know, the kind that’s extremely bad for you and contains all those goodies, namely: condensed milk, vanilla ice cream, red bean and green bean drenched in sugar and then the entire shaved ice drenched in brown sugar. It’s ridiculous good and ridiculous bad… for you.

And to tell you what, I could go. I could definitely go. I could call up my girlfriend right now and we could head down there tonight and I could order a bowl for the two of us like I usually do and we could inhale that shaved ice dessert. Then I would kick myself for doing it. And though, at this point in my life, my body’s not reacting so heavily to the desserts and the bad foods, I would know what kind of damage it does to my body. And I would regret it.

Here’s the thing though. That’s not what my mind is telling myself right now. Right now, my mind is saying to me

“Last time. After tonight, you’re probably not going to do something like this again.”
