Dear Reader,

What’s different about this website is that this is the website you visit AFTER trying Acne.org, Proactiv, antibiotics, and every other dermatologist topical cream.

I want to give credit to Leo Kiesen for being the pioneering in structuring a lot of this process and inspiring me to create a personalized regimen for myself. For more information on authors and “wisdoms” that I recommend please visit here.

Once you decide on how bad you really want to get this part of your life handled, I’ll walk you through the rest. Just click Step 1 and let’s get started…

HICMA Regimen:

Hormonal imbalance cause lead to acne

Normalize Hormonal Production
[Click Above to See Introduction Video]

Your body requires a specific set of nutrients in order to maintain hormonal balance within your system. The nutrients are utilized by your body to produce a specific body of chemicals (called “prostaglandins”). Prostaglandins are vital for hormonal balance because, in a way, they are “hormone regulators.”

In Step 1, our goal is to supply our bodies with the proper amount of nutrients so that an abundance of “hormone regulators” can help normalize our system’s hormonal production. This is so that we can take some of the burden off our livers, which are already overwhelmed with an excess of hormones.

Optimize Diet & Digestion
[Click Above to See Introduction Video]

The right diet keeps the body alkaline and healthy

While no special diet alone can cure acne, what you eat does play a crucial role in overall health.

This is because the wrong foods can cause surges in androgenic hormones. Congesting blood and lymph toxins then build up in your system and if your system is already compromised, the wrong diet can overwhelm your liver with excess hormones and blood toxins further aggravating your existing acne condition.

In step 2 we will cover the 6 key dietary principles promoting hormonal
balance and blood purity. This will ensure that the food you eat is completely digested so that it doesn’t end up polluting your body causing more stress on your liver.

Cleanse & Regenerate Bowels

I don’t care what anybody tells you healthy bowels are crucial for healthy, acne-free
skin (If you don’t know what “bowels” are, please visit KidsHealth: Bowels) Your bowels are, pretty much, one of the two primary channels of elimination. And if they become toxified, toxins will build up in your body due to the fact that they can’t get out and your bowels themselves will end up re-absorbing these toxins back into your system (also known as “autointoxication”).

Also, previously “deactivated” hormones your liver has expelled into the bowels will become“reactivated” by bad bowel bacteria. And if the bowels become sluggish they are then re-absorbed back into your body leading to hormonal imbalance.

If the bowels become compromised, then proper nutrient absorption will drop leading to chronic nutritional deficiencies and hormonal imbalance because it just so happens to that the bowels are what absorb the nutrients necessary for hormonal imbalance.

Alkalize Blood & Kill Candida

Candida is harmful yeast that can overgrow in your body. This yeast excretes toxins called “mycotoxins.” Mycotoxins are pretty much “yeast poop.” This “yeast poop” is incredibly destructive to your liver. In fact, it can actually shut down liver cells for days at a time.

So as long as you have Candida overgrowing in yoursystem, your the functioning of your liver will be drastically impaired. Basically, you’re not going to cure your acne problem until you completely eradicate the Candida and clear your system of the mycotoxins that it produces.

During this step we will find out how to kick this bad guy yeast out of your bodies and re-establish the proper environment so that Candida will never overgrow again.

A weak liver can lead to acne and many other health problems.

Cleanse & Rebuild Liver

The liver function is extremely important foracne-free skin. During this step, we will cover the protocols which clean the built up “gunk” out of the liver.

You’ll learn how to “rebuild” your liver so you can enjoy lasting acne-free skin and many other health benefits too including a better sleep.

    Thanks for everything,

    Derek

LoL, sorry about that derek. My old website http://howiclearedmyacne.blogspot.com was deleted out of nowhere a few days ago and I lost everything. Right now, I’m trying my best to recover articles off the internet here and there. The links are still linked to my old website. I’ll be correcting them as soon as possible.

Yeah I’ve got the same issue for step 2 and forward. Hope you can return the site to normal status so I can get started on the diet and your regimen. Thanks again for the website man, you did good.

Hi Ray, love the site. This site is so precise and is packed with helpful information. I have also suffered from acne for a long time and will not quit, until my skin is smooth. If you could keep me posted with updates I really appreciate it. Also once you started to become extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of acne when did you really notice results.

Great website…Loads of useful information…I have a few questions though ? Just how bad was your acne?
Cystic? body acne? Also when do you think the site will be completed theres a few missing links.

In closing, I can’t thank you enough for starting this website. Acne is a terrible thing that nobody
should have to deal with. You are very knowledgeable on the subject and aren’t a scam that
is trying to sell me something. Thank you so much, keep up the good work

Hi Ray, I’ve been doing the regimen for about 3 weeks, with a few (ok more than a few :) cheat meals here and there. I quit using ProActiv and now I go back and forth between a Clinique product and an organic lavender face wash…so far I haven’t had any major breakouts…still some on my chin and forehead, though. What I wanted to thank you for, in addition to what will hopefully be a clearer face in a few months :) , is how much better I feel throughout the day! No more abdominal pain, no more gas (sorry, but it’s true!) – those probiotics are amazing! I can eat more fiber and veggies than I ever could before. I have more energy and don’t feel so sluggish…I think your regimen has taken out what may have been food allergies for me, that I never knew about. Regardless of what this does for my face, the rest of me feels GREAT, so thank you. Also, I asked a question about the lecithin and the coconut oil…I’m learning that the cold pressed virgin coconut oil is actually healthy in small amounts (unlike the refined stuff, which is terrible for you), but i still wonder if lecithin is really necessary, given that our liver supposedly produces an adequate amount already. Perhaps taking the lecithin is just a precautionary thing because we are taking other lipid supplements…what do you think? Have you tried taking the lecithin out and doing everything else?

Ray, you’re a Godsend! Thank you so much for this information! I was just about to submit to trying Accutane when I found your site. The many side effects of Accutane frighten me… just taking EFA’s alone have helped to clear my skin. I haven’t tried all of your regimen yet, but getting around too it. I’m a UC student, very busy too.

    Hey Ray,

Just wanted to give u a huuuuge thanks. I’m basically getting no new acne at all(maybe one white head a week, very small). Even though some pieces are missing in website due to my formally favorite internet advertising company (who btw are actually a multi Billion dollar company), I still managed to string something together that seems to work. Oh, and btw anyone who cant get Kefir and hates the sour yogurt there are good probiotic capsules at health stores as well. Just started a new job so I shall try and make a donation to show my appreciation ASAP. Thanks again man and don’t let the movers and shakers bring you down!!

    Hi Ray,
You and your site are awesome! This is like the best site about acne ever. I mean, there’s so much information I’ve never even read anywhere else. And believe me, I’ve read a lot of information about acne… Anyway I’m gonna follow these tips starting this very moment. By the way I did happen to have a good laugh here and there, so thanks for that too. Uhm… yeah I guess that’s what I wanted to say.

    Keep up the good work!
    Amanda, from Holland.

    • Ray says:

Thanks Amanda! I really appreciate the compliment. I work pretty hard on the site and I hope all of you can really learn something and benefit in the long run, not just with acne.

  13. Tuan says:

    Hi!

I just want to say that you’re doing an awesome job by making this site to acne-suffers :) . I ain’t an acne-suffer, but i ocassionally get huge pimples on my forehead which is probably caused by stress. And after i cut down the carbohydrates and started to intake omege 3,6 and the basic vitamins, I can clearly see that my skin condition is amazingly improving (my pimple is getting reduced in short time) . Btw i really feel sorry for those who’re really suffering from acne, it sucks!

  14. Ashley says:

Hey Ray ! I was reading your article on nuts earlier and i realized that you never wrote anything about pistachios. I love to snack on pistachios but, i have no idea about whether they are good or bad for acne. If you could let me know, that would be awesome :]

  15. Jessica says:

    Hey,
What you’re doing is great and the information you are giving out is phenomenal. BUT, perhaps you can make a short version of exact steps and instructions, minus the chitchat and narrative (of course you could link to the extended versions)? Anyway, I’m looking forward to seeing the missing steps. I totally need it.
    All the best,
    Jessica
