The 4-6 of the 12 Tips to Christmas and CLEARING your acne!

Tip #4: Too much make up

Let’s face it.  You might just have to end up seeing SOME people during the holidays.  And if you’re a woman, you’re going to want to put on some make up to cover up that blemish or even just to make your cheeks a little bit rosier.

If you do put on make up, don’t forget to use a good make up remover afterwards.  Because if you don’t remove the make up you put on, you’re probably going to end up clogging your pores and that’s going to be grounds for an infection to happen AKA pimple.

Tip #5: Fiber

Here’s a trick.  If you’re going to eat something that might spike your blood sugar level or cause inflammation at a cellular level AKA sugar or dessert, try and have some fiber beforehand.  If you eat a salad and THEN eat dessert it’s a lot better than eating dessert and then salad.

Tip #6: If you’re going to pop a pimple…

Make sure your hands are clean!

Do it the night before the party and not the day of!

Even better, do it a few days before the party so you give your body time to heal and the redness to fade!
