Can Raw Fish Cause Acne?

I’ve decided to embark on a journey…

Of sushi!

I love and I’m going to have a FULL WEEK of it.

Another day another sushi roll.  This is going to be about Day 3 of the Sushi Challenge (Relating to Acne).

Today I decide to stop by the sushi restaurant Todai and ask if they will sponsor me. Either way, I’m going to eat all their food and walk out an extremely satisfied customer.

I also am going to show you guys my next morning pictures. Let’s see if you guys can see any difference!

At least to me, my pores don’t look too much different. I haven’t exfoliated or done anything to clear my pores yet. There isn’t any major change in my complexion.

If anything, there was one pore that was slightly inflamed. But this could have been due to all the sugar and rice that was causing my blood sugar level to spike and therefore inflammation to happen. It might have not been due to the cause of the raw fish and sushi that I’ve been eating.

So let’s see what I ate at Todai. This time I took a picture of every plate that I got and devoured.

I feel a little better, this Todai trip for lunch only cost me $19.51 including tip and tax. It’s still wasn’t inexpensive but it’s better than the first time I had sushi dinner for the Acne Food Challenge! For dinner I had more Walnut Shrimp along with some other seafood shown below:

There was fish, lobster, walnut shrimp, etc, as you can see from the picture. But most of what I ate was just Walnut shrimp and fish. I wanted to stick to seafood.

The next Acne Food Challenge article has my next morning pictures!
