You’ve just found out that your crush is going to be at that party next Friday night or maybe you just asked or got asked out by that someone you’re really attracted to.
And of course, low and behold, you wake up in the morning, and what is this?!
A NEW pimple?!

Out of all the times! Damnit skin, you were fine for the weeks before and finally, just when I needed you to be cool, you act up, break out, and try to embarrass me.
And the worst part is, the pimple is on [insert wherever you hate pimples coming out the most. Which brings me to my next post, The Most Embarrassing Pimple of My Entire Life.
So what’s the quick fix?
Here’s a little trick that I learned from years of having acne and trying different things.
The short version of it is, pop your pimple and eat less.
Really, it’s that simple. Let me explain.
PART #1: Pop your pimple.
Okay, the inflammation has already happened and the pimple is on its way. Basically, there’s no stopping it from here. The body has already activated it’s inflammatory responses and that pimple is going to happen no matter what.
But the interesting thing is that if you catch the pimple forming early, you can pop it very cleanly EVEN BEFORE it gets a chance to form into a red bump. But usually, this is pretty much up to you being aware of your skin and when you’re about to get a fat pimple.
If you were like me, you were checking your face every day and most likely if there was any sort of intruder, you’d know about it.

But you gotta pop that zit from forming because there’s no way to stop it from becoming a full fledged giant pimple on your face.

PART #2: Starve … Just Kidding. Don’t do that.
Okay, now that you’ve popped that pimple, you’re in the safe zone. That was the hard part, now we just have to make sure that your body heals properly and that no new pimples come out.
So we can do that by eating a low-calorie diet with organic, alkaline, raw foods.
Basically, what this does is it decreases the acidity in your body therefore reducing how reactive your body is when it comes to forming pimples.
What this means for you is, there’s a lot lower chance of your face breaking out in the new few days while doing this before meeting your hot date, going to that important meeting, etc.
So I want you to do this, make sure that your diet is full of vegetables such as:
- Spinach
- Romaine lettuce
- Carrots
- Onions
- Cucumbers
- Green onions
- Beets
- Cilantro
- Green Juices
- Tomatoes

Try to make sure you get to at least 1500 calories and meet your BMR. If you don’t understand what this means, then definitely check out my other videos so you have an idea of what I’m talking about.
You’ll be able to maintain a healthy diet and reset your body. At the same time, you won’t be breaking out.
