Ray J. Wang Shows You Are the Top 10 Best Drinks are if You Have Acne.

If you drink alcohol right now, chances are you probably are going to keep drinking it for a while regardless of Acne Diet or no Acne Diet.

So here are a list of some “great” alcoholic drinks if you have acne.  Do keep in mind that any kind of alcoholic drink will affect your body negatively… But if you’re going to drink something, here’s a list of some of the lesser “evils.”

Top 10 Best Alcoholic Drinks for Acne:

1.) Gin & Tonic: Add some limes and this drink is great because it’s low in sugar and doesn’t taste half bad.  This is one of my favorites when it comes to acne.

2.) Vodka Tonic: If you’re a big fan of vodka because you want to taste the alcohol in the drink, here’s another variation of the first drink that’s low in sugar and won’t affect your acne too bad.  Feel free to add some limes if you want a little bit more taste.  This is my favorite choice when it comes to an alcoholic beverage that doesn’t affect my acne.

3.) Straight Shots: This choice is not a “good” choice but it’s better than getting mixed drinks because it’s low calorie and most of the time low sugar.  There are exceptions to this rule but generally, shots are the quickest way to get to the land of being tipsy without affecting your acne.

4.) Vodka: If you’re going to choose a liquor, this is  a great choice because lighter liquors are lower in sugar than darker liquors.

5.) Gin: If you’re going to choose a liquor, this is  a great choice because lighter liquors are lower in sugar than darker liquors.

6.) Tequila: If you’re going to choose a liquor, this is  a great choice because lighter liquors are lower in sugar than darker liquors.

7.) Brandy: If you’re going to choose a liquor, this is  not as good of a choice as vodka, gin or tequila, because lighter liquors are lower in sugar than darker liquors.  However, the reason this is on the list because these drinks straight or on the rocks (if you can handle alcohol straight) are better than most mixed drinks for your acne.

8.) Whiskey: If you’re going to choose a liquor, this is  not as good of a choice as vodka, gin or tequila, because lighter liquors are lower in sugar than darker liquors.  However, the reason this is on the list because these drinks straight or on the rocks (if you can handle alcohol straight) are better than most mixed drinks for your acne.

9.) Red Wine: Dryer wines are better than dessert wines or white wines.  If you’re going to drink, sometimes having a little glass of alcohol that’s high in reservatrol antioxidants isn’t that bad either.

10.) Light Beer: Generally, lighter beers such as lagers have lower sugar so your acne won’t be aggravated as much as a darker beer.  So if you’re going to be drinking a lot of beer that night and want to make sure your acne is okay, stick to lighter beer as opposed to darker beer or flavored beer.

This being said, alcohol is not great for the body and will still affect you and your acne to a certain extend.  However, if you’re going to drink some sort of alcohol or you know you’re going to go out that night, this a pretty good list that will help you make “better” decisions with alcoholic choices that won’t hurt your acne so much.

Please drink responsibly.

Don’t drink and drive.

And guys, don’t hit on a girl when you’re piss drunk =)
